Cellular Communication Theories (Live)
Course
This course covers the evolution of wireless and cellular tech, from basics to current systems. Topics include cell site design, interference, and signal quality.
From the dawn of wireless and cellular communications, evolution has been a constant. This course will look at their history and emphasize the basic principles that uphold these technologies from their inception to current day. Grasping these concepts is crucial to understanding what drove the implementation of current systems, as well as the path of advancement for new and future technologies. We'll answer many questions about cellular technology - why do cell sites look the way they do? How do they know a cell site will perform as required before they build it? Additional topics such as Interference, Noise and SINR, RF Wave Characteristics and Principles, and Quality vs Capacity of Radio Signals will be covered.
